Student Visa Requirements (F1 and M1)

• Valid Passport

(The passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the period of stay in the United States)

US Visiting Visa

• Applying for the first time

• Have been denied in the past and now reapplying

• Have been issued a Visa valid under 10 years i.e. one entry

• Renewing a visa that was issued to you as a minor

• You are applying for multiple applicants at the same time

This Visa section applies to persons who:

• A passport size photo

• Valid Passport

• School Acceptance Letter (SEVP Approved School)

• Form I-20

• Provide proof that you will depart the United States upon completion of the course of study

• Diplomas, Transcripts, Degrees, or Certificates from last schools

• Show how you will pay all educational, living and travel costs

• Standardized test scores required by your U.S. school

If you will be traveling with your Spouse or Child (F2 and M2)

Requirements for Spouse or Child

• Valid Passport

• 1 Passport Size Photo

• Individual Form I-20

NB: Student (F and M) visas for new students can be issued up to 365 days before the start date of a course of study. However, you will not be allowed to enter the US on your student visa more than 30 days before the start date of your Course.

NB: The prices above does not include courier fee for delivery and return of your passport after your visa has been Approved, if your visa was denied this fee does not apply to you

*If approved Visas issued will be valid until your passport expires or until your most recent biometrics expires, whichever comes first.

• Invitation letter or hotel itinerary with child’s name

• Proof of funds available to pay for child’s trip

• Travel History (previously issued visas or travel stamps) if applicable

• Consent Letter/Consent form for non-accompanying parent

• Copy of non-accompanying parent ID

• High School

• Attend University or College

• Private Elementary School

• Seminary

• Conservatory

• Another academic institution, including a language training program

• Vocational or other recognized non-academic institution, other than a language training program
